Hello and welcome to Voyagier. Voyagier operates an online platform that helps users search, book, and manage travel through a single web application Voyagier, we, us, our means Voyagier Inc.
The fact that you are reading our Privacy Policy page suggests that you care about what happens with your data. So does Voyagier. We're glad you're here and reading our Privacy Policy. We're proud of our commitment to transparency and responsibility in how we collect and use data on our website and products (our "Services"). This policy applies when you access or use the Voyagier web app or any related sites, connect an email inbox to import travel confirmations, or book travel or interact with our customer-success channels.
Please note that your use of our Services is at all times subject to our Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”), which incorporates this Privacy Policy. Any terms we use in this Policy without defining them have the definitions given to them in our Terms.
What information Voyagier collects about you
Curation over complication
Your "Personal Information" is any information about you that could, alone or together with other information, personally identify you or otherwise be reasonably linked or connected with you. We collect information directly from you, from your connected Gmail account (via Google OAuth), and automatically through cookies or similar technologies. We collect the following categories of Personal Information about you:
• Account Information – basic identifiers you provide during sign-up or login, such as your name and email address.
• Travel Information – reservation details extracted from your Gmail confirmations and any data you add manually (e.g., passport number).
• Payment Information – tokenized payment credentials processed by our PCI-compliant payment partner.
• Usage Data – technical logs, device/browser metadata, and cookie-level analytics.
• Communications – messages exchanged with our support or feedback channels.
• Internet protocol (IP) address (and related IP-address based location information)
• The type of device/operating system/browser used to access our Services, as well as
• Web analytics data such as your web page interactions, referring webpage/source through which you accessed our Services, or other statistical information.
We will also collect any Personal Information that you provide us through communications with us.
We collect information about you through a few different channels, including:
Information You Give Us. For example, we ask you to tell us your‎ name, email address, demographic information (such as your occupation), company affiliation, username and password through your direct interaction with us.
Information We Get From Others. Certain features of our site are facilitated by outside third parties. For example, if you register for an online event, you may be sent to a third-party website to register, and we will obtain information from that website in order to process your registration.
Information We Collect in the Background. As further described below, we automatically collect information from cookies (such as cookie ID and settings) to keep you logged in, to remember your preferences, to identify you and your device and to understand what works on our site and what doesn't work so you get the best experience.
What information Voyagier does not process about you
Voyagier does not purchase or receive your Personal Information from third-party data brokers.
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you are under 13 years of age, do not use our Services and do not provide any personally identifiable information to us. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete it. If you are the parent or guardian of an individual under age 13 and believe they have provided us with their Personal Information, please contact us to have it deleted.
Voyagier will never directly use your Personal Information to train our AI models, or those provided by our third parties.
How Voyagier uses your Personal Information
The following are examples of how we may use your Personal Information:
• Provide, secure, and improve the Services;
• Surface and organize your travel plans;
• Facilitate bookings and payments;
• Anonymize and/or aggregate your Personal Information, including for use within product development, analytics, and AI training and development;
• Use your Personal Information within AI enabled features to generate output at your direction;
• Provide customer service, such as communicating with you and addressing issues you may be having on our site;
• Operate, maintain, monitor for errors or bugs on our site, and improve our product, products, and services;
• Communicate to you updates to our product, upcoming events, and information that we think may be of interest to you;
• Send information including confirmations, invoices, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages;
• Protect, investigate, and deter against fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity in our Services or events; or
• Meet regulatory and accounting obligations.
Our integration with Google Gmail
If you connect Voyagier to your Google Gmail account, Voyagier’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We only access Gmail data to provide user-facing travel features (importing booking confirmations, generating itineraries, and sending proactive travel alerts).
Voyagier does not:
• use Gmail data for advertising or user-profiling;
• permit humans to read Gmail data unless (i) we have the user’s explicit consent, (ii) it is necessary for security or compliance (e.g., investigating abuse), or (iii) as required by law;
• share Gmail data with third parties except as necessary to provide or improve these features or as required by law.
Our use of cookies and tracking
“Cookies” are small text files that websites often store on computer hard drives or mobile devices of visitors. We may use both “session cookies” (which expire once you close your web browser) and “persistent cookies” (which stay on your computer until you delete them). In addition, we use third-party cookies, like Google Analytics. We are selective in which third-party cookie providers we use, starting with reviewing their privacy policies like you are doing here.
When you visit our main website on Voyagier.com, essential cookies (which are necessary for our site to function on your browser or device) will always be placed. You may be prompted to consent to or opt out of the use of all other cookies. To change your cookie settings after your first visit, or see the names of third-party cookie providers we work with, the type of information they might receive, and the service they provide you can do so by visiting our Cookie Preferences page.

Potential purchasers of our business
If we do a business deal, or negotiate a business deal, involving the sale or transfer of all or a part of our business or assets, we will be required to share your Personal Information. These deals can include any merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy transaction or proceeding.
Your Personal Information does not include aggregated or non-personally identifying information that does not identify you or cannot otherwise be reasonably linked or connected with you. We may use such aggregated, non-personally identifying information to operate, analyze, improve, and optimize our Services, or for any other legally-permitted purpose. We may also publicly display insights based on aggregated information, such as how our Services are used.
How long we store Personal Information and how you can access and control the information we collect
We retain your Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Services; that duration can vary based on the context. How long we retain your information is determined by:
• how long your Personal Information is needed to provide our services and operate our business;
• the type of Personal Information collected; and
• whether we are subject to a legal, contractual or similar obligation to retain the Personal Information (e.g., mandatory data retention laws, government orders to preserve data relevant to an investigation, or data that must be retained for the purposes of litigation or disputes).

Marketing emails
You may consent to receive marketing emails and join our mailing list. You can also opt-out at any time by following the instructions in our marketing emails. Opting-out of marketing emails will not affect your receipt of non-marketing emails such as emails about your account and our business dealings with you.
How Voyagier secures your information
We work hard to protect Voyagier and our users from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of information we hold. We maintain industry-standard security measures to protect Personal Information, retain security experts on our advisory board, participate in security conferences, and routinely update our security program.
Though we will take reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of your information at any time.
Nevertheless, we cannot anticipate every potential security issue so we have response plans in place and invite reports from individuals who believe they have found a security issue to hello@voyagier.com.
Our privacy policy does not apply to third party sites
Our Services contain hyperlinks and pointers to internet sites maintained by third parties. You should be aware that, once you leave our site, we do not control, operate or endorse in any respect information, products or services provided by third parties. Many third parties have their own Privacy Policies that differ from ours. This Privacy Policy only covers our Services and does not cover any other third parties. While we make every effort to keep your information secure, we do not control the policies of other parties.
How we communicate with you about our privacy policy
Voyagier may change our Privacy Policy from time to time; most changes are likely to be minor. We will provide notification to registered account holders of material changes to this Privacy Policy through our Services at least 30 days prior to the change taking effect by posting a notice on our home page or sending email to the primary email address specified in your Voyagier account. Your continued use of the Services thereafter constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of Personal Information from consumers, and have collected such information within the last twelve (12) months (from the date of this Privacy Policy), depending on which of our products and services were used by consumers:
• Travel Information – reservation details extracted from your Gmail confirmations and any data you add manually (e.g. passport number).
• Identifiers - A real name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, login information for our products and services, phone numbers, IP address, email address, or other similar identifiers.
• Personal information categories listed in the California Customer Records statute (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e)) - A name, physical characteristics or description, address, telephone number, limited education and employment information included in your user profile information, credit card number, and debit card number.
• Protected classification characteristics under California or federal law - Information that may reveal your age, gender, race, color, ancestry, religion or creed, national origin, citizenship, marital status, disability, medical condition, and other information...
